We established a framework that combines Facebook, Indeed and Google Ads most cost-effectively. After scaling up each of the three channels individually, we applied our budget allocation process to establish a flexible, highly effective marketing machine to hit targets in each city.

Our process

Our process

On taking over from the in-house team and an external agency, we immediately re-launched all Facebook ad campaigns. We implemented CPA targets, added dozens of new audiences and experimented with over 10 different ad concepts in the first weeks. Within just one month, we reduced the average cost per application by 50% and increased volumes by 560%.

We then went on to establish Google Ads which was previously neglected, and which quickly provided over 25% of all applications, at the lowest cost of all channels. Our main actions involved adding over 20 keyword topics and carefully managing CPA targets on a weekly basis. Indeed Ads also proved much more effective than before by focusing only on high-value locations.

Our budget allocation system enabled us to scale up volumes of acquisitions by over 800% to a five-figure amount every month, whilst reducing the overall cost per acquisition by 50%, saving Stuart hundreds of thousands of pounds in marketing spend per year. We are now also able to easily adjust acquisitions for each city Stuart is active in, to meet the fluctuating demand at short notice.
